This is a fact:

On March 23, 2017 PXP established the value of a share of Forum at $0.30. At that time the PXP market capitalization was $94,316,000.

On November 23, 2017 FECOF (majority controlled by PXP) sold 1,000,000 shares of Forum for the same price of $0.30/share. At that time, however, the PXP market capitalization was 263% higher at $343,026,000!

Help me understand something.

If we do not develop some sort of valuation for FECOF, and most importantly explain to PXP management that we have a valuation for FECOF, what is to stop PXP management from buying our shares of Forum or FECOF for pennies on the dollar?
