KLMN: Missed the initial trades yesterday, 400 shares @ $1.00, Paraguayan shell company with only 4.8M o/s, float should be around about 800K I believe.

First Paraguayan company I have ever seen, they make mate cups(kalabas), though realistically this will more then likely get a change of control and be used in an RM.

Never been to Paraguay but I have been to their southern neighbor Uruguay. Mate is crazy popular there, you see all sort of people walking around with kits that contain thermoses of hot water, mate herbs and their kalabas for drinking mate.

Mate is basically a really strong, earthy, tea, honestly, it must be an acquired taste as it's pretty bad, .....unless your constipated that is....lol....it makes a great laxative. Everyone passes around their kalabas and they all drink out of the same straw, it's pretty nasty...lol.
