And Slavo's denial only came AFTER OTC's and not the day before ("Shocked, SHOCKED" he was..LMAO). Either it was their doing or they were too incompetent to know it was bogus before exploiting it or they were the source of it. FURTHERMORE..

I rather doubt OTC ever sends written notice of a tier upgrade or downgrade... they'd just do it! Otherwise they'd be writing thousands of such messages per day!!!

Slavo & Ljubica have been whining and pestering OTC for months to have the CE removed. In such cases I can see where OTC might take the time and effort to send an explanatory message or letter of DENIAL which, IMO, was apparently altered and used in a short lived attempt to pump the stock.

Is it POSSIBLE Slavo & Ljubica were innocent victims in all this? Anything is possible. However, is it PROBABLE??? Hell no. These people are pathological, serial fraudsters. Just look at the laughably sources of their FAKE "financing" which they repeatedly use to prop up this scam and defraud investors. They know there's no real money behind these stupid certificates they post. They seriously believe they can eventually claim THEY were the "victims" of another scam and can thus be exonerated.
