GNCC is a shell which a very well capitalized couple the Sprewells will use to go public once the land purchase for the cannabis plant for medicinal cannabinoids is established. The news is the land they were looking at looks like it's approved. Since it was on Indian land may have had to go through an approval process. The extracts that they plan to get from their green houses will bring in substantial revenues once accomplished. That's my information. Some might have better details.
