A short attack doesn't make sense, if (big if?) CVM is likely to win an arbitration award of up to $50 million. A short would be taking on a lot of risk should the company get a large award. I don't see the risk/reward advantage for a short, unless they are confident that CVM isn't going to prevail. I usually believe that the shorts have better information, so we'll see.
