Don't get why Fresh Toast posted that story today - it is clearly a 2017 story, but it has a mix of current vs old info in it.

Ziv is gone, but he's quoted as VP and Managing Director.

Baruch is shown as a Director of research, which is current.

The IRB gave them permission for the test in 2017, and they are supposed to complete it by April 1, but the article states that the permission was just received.

They talk about the efficacy study, stating it started in November, 2017 - so the writer knows this is 2018.

Very weird. I'm assuming it was just a filler piece, and not news of any kind - and certainly not done at OWCP's behest. But the mix of timing in the article and publishing the article itself today is just odd.
