I agree but the fact is that OTC never issued this letter and that somebody used their name and included a fake signature and this is fraud. Period. NO changes at all on the OTC Status:

Now the question is if Slavo prepared this fake letter and put it out as an official press release or somebody else did it.

So far as I know Slavo is using Globe Newswire Services and IHUB Newswire Service and the Letter was published thru IHUB Newswire Services to save Slave a view hundred bucks.

The final question here is if everybody can post fake press releases about any company thru IHUB Newswire Services or registered clients need first to sign up on his account. If we are talking about that any client do have their own account and password protection than this account was hacked or Slavo did it. Period.

Maybe somebody from IHUB Newswire Service Department can answer this question.
