You said it yourself regarding the MM's and KBLB. Here is what you said to Beerboy:

Good luck getting your order fulfilled buddy. I would make your bid more like .0309 or .0301 or something like that. Better chance of getting fulfilled IMO. You know how these market makers are. They will walk it down just north of 3 and tease all those who have bids in at three. Happy trading :)

So, if the MM's are "walking it down," THEY ARE MANIPULATING KBLB and its PPS, as they do with many OTC stocks.....
