I believe they are still awaiting for the SEC to approve the Regulation A offering. Once this is complete, they will complete the land acquisition and put up the building. They did say a few times that they are still working behind the scenes on the internal building components while the approval process is in motion.

They have reserved social media updates for milestone accomplishments only thus far; not pumping of news with no substance to it.

Hopefully we see an update soon.
