LOL - fluff PR to help them dump even more shares as the SEC investigation continues.

Pretty hilarious that the company decided to increase its share auth to 15 billion shares, when it will be unlikely that any of their toxic financiers will want anything to do with CHIT because of the SEC suspension and ongoing securities fraud investigation.
