It is always vital and recommended to visit a Dermatologist whenever "Pumping PRs" fake spots appear on the skin.

You never answered my multiple requests for demonstrating the "pumping PRs" as you call them, so I'll answer it for you. There have never been any "pumping PRs" by OWCP. In fact, they issues PRs very rarely, and they usually consist of simple facts like "We hired so-and-so" or "we fired so-and-so" or a letter from the Chairman outlining their plans and the status of the company.

ZERO PUMPING. EVER. Prove me wrong.
