I'm simply pointing out that DCAC is a shell and would be valued accordingly if the O/S was more reasonable and Viola had not put out the 8-k. Thinking that an overpriced ticker should move further beyond 5 times shell value on such absurd plans makes no sense to me.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
