Borges and all, the co's response in HB's phone call suggests to me they are buying or partnering with an entity that has a blockchain product rather than creating one themselves, since they claim to need to report it to CSE as part of their business change process. But it could be the latter. Better if they're doing the former. Lots of co's saying they're getting into crypto who don't have concrete plans or know how just looking for a bump.
Just speculating. I'm in another cannabis stock that reported they are buying a company with know how that is doing a cannabis (cbd) blockchain ico.
