FOLKS, Treaty BOD is going nowhere

This is still a public company that has to follow disclosing rules.

If anything of importance is happening or anything material or any corporate actions being initiated, it has to be reported officially.

Period.

There is no such things as the board keeping its cards close to its vest.

They have to disclose.

Treaty BOD agreed that the company defrauded the shareholders, as indicated in the signed agreement with SEC.

Treaty is being silent for many years now, and this FOLKS, mean that they threw the towel. It’s that simple.

So fellows, insist on getting BOD written confirmation on any corporate actions before believing. Common sense being applied here.
