No one wants shares of a company being investigated, along with VICT and PDXP, for securities fraud.

Financiers won't give them money for shares because the financiers may never be able to sell the shares at any price.

I wonder if we'll see an admin proceeding from the SEC announcing that CHIT has agreed to have their securities revoked?
