Jeunke - in answer to your question, I don't think I'm being pessimistic. The project is complex and the financing will reflect that. These things take time to put together, especially if there's more than one investment firm involved. In addition, I believe that Smith is going to do everything he can to avoid "calamitous" dilution, which will require finesse and patience. If you're right and there's a financing announcement within the next six weeks, that would be, as my illiterate kids like to say, "Awesome dude!"
