After reading the basic article in the link below it is very hard to believe that PSPW/SHALA is anything but a legal shell operating as it should. Also the scope and breath of this company is far to transparent to be NOT- LEGIT. Imo.the paper trail for the past 7 years is far to open and above board. Every transaction is out there for anyone to see. The Dubai Boys and the inside investor are doing things right. This said you just can't get that many investors to buy into a crooked shell…again IMO
