I’m hoping all things will be revealed and made clear tomorrow. In addition to confirmation of a second shooter on the grassy knoll, we’ll be clued in on why the BOD let Dan go with every cent of his outstanding comp, every yet to vest or be earned performance share and a whopping severance payment. And no, he couldn’t self select to leave with his rich package. He was booted, but not for cause.

The CEO role, not to mention the CMO position, have now languished unfilled for months and months. That’s total stumbling bumbling clueless BOD bull-shit. It’s not unreasonable for us to expect they would have a post Dan contingency plan before kicking him to the curb. It’s painfully clear there was no “key man” secession planning or provisions. At a minimum, they should have at least been working day and night since July to fill these critical roles with highly competent biotech savvy people.

The BOD not only appears to be dull, they also appear to be the cause of dullness in others.
