The NSS has to begin covering in the very near future knowing what to expect if they wait till after we begin trading.
When we begin trading and possibly before if new investors begin buying the few and limited shares available from current shareholders the promoters can't reach out and get the information to the Hedge Funds will have to compete buying those shares with the new investors dying to get in on this once in a lifetime op and would only raise the PPS.
Reducing the profitable gains to be made by the NSS.
So getting current shareholders to sell and with no new investors interested the NSS could get them for .oooooooo1 or less as the current shareholders would do anything to get out if they believe Treaty has no future.
Interesting how the Short Squeeze works thinking about it.
