as the pps told us today-
big investors were looking for a P.R. with more substance. sure looks like they kicked the can down the road for now. and its good in a way, especially for those who missed out on sub-penny, as they will get a second chance very soon. but I do think RSII will rebound sharply, once their ducks are finally lined up correctly. until then, wait for the new bottom- .005-.006's . the "silence" will definitely bring that pps back down, as it has many times before.
patience will pay off here. watch and see this.
