Facebook is being sued by investors.

It will be interesting to see what the user count will be in six months. More and more people are closing their pages given the risks. Users daily time on FB is going down.

The youth have moved on to other apps. Their parents are using FB--but the lucrative youth demographic are abandoning Facebook in droves.

The quarter to quarter revenue and income comparisons will send FB below $100 by the end of this year. At the minimum, we will see an intraday trade below $100 before the end of the year.

A prediction. Which means puts are a good idea.
