If they are investing in subpennies they should know the risk. You don't hold hands on the open market. There are no safe stocks. If someone throws money into a stock without doing their own research and gets burned it is their own fault. BIG money can be made on the OTC because of the BIG risks these stocks have. MNGG can't be officially called a scam until they don't back up their actions. Hands aren't held in trading.
