Treaty promoters ( whoever they may be ) are doing a fine job recently.

Volume has picked up. Just today alone some wise investor must have thought of The Notary Public Who Dat and bought
$ 100 worth of TECO

When we begin trading and NSS cover that $ 100 could be worth $20,000 or more ??

So lucky for the buyer. Knowing that how could anyone not want TECO investors to be successful ?

There must be a reason but just what is it ?
