MrFence. Does this means that my NGBBY shares are worthless now?

I bought them through Interactive Brokers and now they are saying that i cannot convert them to local shares as they do not trade in the Athens exchange.

They advise me to pay them a dollar to take the entire lot off my hands or wait for it to trade again.

Can anyone please advise or help me navigate through this? Any help is appreciated.

Trying to recover 1/2 of my childrens education fund :(
