Imo I'm calling HAON's bluff on this one. They want you to fold up and leave the table so they can acquire your shares on the cheap.

Of course I could be wrong and they could just be trying to be transparent - but I doubt it. They could have waited to update the T/A #'s on OTC markets but they didn't. They know investor sentiment is going down and today's OS update didn't help.

I'll either sink to .0001 / no bid or swim to .01 here.
