Yes, it's very apparent the base is building here for a move towards recent highs. I would hate to be the person, for example, that might have shorted 20 million shares at the price it is now, .0024. IF that person started covering now, he/she could easily push the price back over .003, maybe even .004, all by themselves. I can't imagine someone would short here with it setting up like it is right now.
