Davied, I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss the tax advantages this may provide. I'm no expert, but they're are many loop holes for such things. Or perhaps they're is a different angle being played by these guys. Isn't Heini involved in like 20 companies with 6 expired? Something to that effect. Isn't that in itself suspicious? I don't know, I guess I'm a glass half empty versus half full at this point. Would love to be proved wrong. How many entities have these guys gone through kcsa, bhel, Stucky,.........etc.
