FYI - the minimum here in medellin is around $200-$250 USD monthly .. not sure how the miners would get paid .. of course it would depend on their position .. i would doubt the actual workers make much more than minimum, if that, but thats just a guess .. its all the other folks that i would have no idea .. like the technical engineers, geologists, etc..
