They are a "buy" but not open market. Those were the cover transactions from selling around 0.0015 earlier in the day.

And they got marked as buys only because the offsetting leg hit the tape at a pps closer to the ask at that time.

Nobody was buying stock from the open market on that trade I am afraid. Just a broker wrapping up his trades for the selling he did for his client during the day.
