You might want to rely on the January filing, where the sec delisted RNVA, the delisting was actually effective in early December, but January filing lays out details. Since the last filing over 450 million shares have been dumped and the PPS has plummeted over 95%. Now they have no more shares to dump, so to stay afloat they need an AS increase and a major RS, people on the board say no way that's going to happen, so the company is basically screwed. They need money, thus they need shares, they need an RS to get the price up so a spin off would be possible, but instead they have a Mexican standoff, because insiders didn't maintain control of 51% of the stock. There is the problem in a nut shell.
