What's next? Does MNTA forfeit the $35M Bond or do they (MNTA/SANDOZ) appeal? Or, is this a losing cause considering enoxaparin's current market worth? Comments?

Are you guys sure this anti-trust suit is the lawsuit you're referring too? I think this is the 2nd lawsuit.

The first suit Momenta sued Amphaster re the patents, the 2nd Suit Amphastar sued Momenta for anti-trust. If it is it has the possibility to be more damaging and will end up as a class action in my opinion.

Not sure.
