Who cares? What good are approvals? Wake me up when they have funding to build out 1 million SF or when the stock price gets below $2... Better yet, wake me up when at least phase 1 starts getting built... Until then, no amount of hype is going to make this company worth buying again. I’ve heard nothing but hype for almost 2 years. This project was hyped up last winter and ground breaking was supposed to be last spring. Maybe the company should hold a conference call or something to let investors know what to expect and when to expect it. Nobody cares when and where the CEO is “presenting” yet that’s all the news they can come up with.
