the conversion of the prefered a stock could be many many momths or years away from closing and with the prefered stock if not coonvertyed you will receive a 5% dividend .who knows how many will convert and at what price the conversion--to many variables - common could be much much higher as company expands and grows thu acquisitions and land expantion--they then would really need the extra shares to supply demand
