You need to look no further than the recent S-1 available in the SEC filings that shows all the same names in the ShareSleuth article. It is all the same players and all revolves around the promotions paid by Dietrich when he made a public statement last July that he had no knowledge of stock promotion. Why don’t you ask the company how much they have paid to IRTH Communications and other promotional firms to promote the stock around non-material news announcement all in an effort to allow frauds like Doug Leighton, Steve Markowitz, Barry Honig, John Stetson and others to liquidate the large amounts of low priced paper they were able to obtain. Does not take a SEC investigator to see what has gone on here for years.
