I heard that they did not send a letter from their EFLN computer, but somebody did, making it look like it came from the Company.

The only way that could happen is if they just have their OTC account info and password lying around for anyone to use.

Also, publishing such "news" isn't free. Here's the OTC "Fee Schedule." On page 3-4 it reads--

INVESTOR INFORMATION WEBSITE LICENSE

OTC Markets Level 1+ for OTC Issuer Website License

License to publish Information consisting of OTC Markets Level 1+ relating to over-the-counter securities of a particular Issuer that are quoted on OTC Link on a website owned and operated by such Issuer or the Distributor, and to provide such Information to such Issuer for its use in the ordinary course of the Issuer’s business, and for no other purpose; provided, however, that this license shall not be used to publish Information relating to the securities of any Issuer whose OTC Market Tier is “Caveat Emptor”.

$100.00 per month per security per Issuer
