Yes, yes they are. Another poor decision or done intentionally so when the numbers are put out nobody can do anything so no sell off and of course the absolute last day of the quarter. They put out the first PR of the year/quarter on MLK day when the market was closed instead of waiting a day or so. They are not the sharpest tools in the shed. Tells me 4th quarter numbers are probably not great and given they were at $117,000 net profit by 3rd quarter it will be a poor year overall. (2017 I am talking about) Guess we will find out next week
