Just more positioning and manipulation by Dietrich, Honig, IRTH Communications and the rest of of the stock frauds as everyone knows there are no underlying fundamentals behind this company. Just wait until these frauds construct their 10Q. They are many people ready to review all the certain misrepresentations and fantasy land accounting of how they buried all the missing money, payoffs to the old Board and almost 50% increase to the amount of outstanding shares. I would hate to be the CFO or person in charge of signing off on the Q as the class action attorneys are going to have a field day with this one. One of Keber’ cronies mentioned that as soon as the Q is released they are going to leak some of the bank statements that show how Dietrich transferred money into his own account, paid male escorts and paid IRTH Commincations for all the promotions. I cannot wait to see them! Does not bode well for the old Board if they knew of thieve affords and allowed this crook back into the company.
