But this time there is a proof as OTC Markets issued themselves a Press Release telling that EFLN issued a fraudulent Release using their Logo and Company Name without knowledge and authorization and this is very seriously calling "the issue of misleading public information" based on SEC Rule 10b-5 and this, of course, is ending with a Stock suspension if we are talking about unregulated Penny Stock Market.
