I contacted WebSafety Inc. today via email and have posted the response I received from Mr. Day below:

Dear Mr. C.
We appreciate your inquiry but we are not able to answer your questions as we are not stock brokers or financial analysts. Please contact your stock broker about the questions that you have presented regarding the stock price. Yes, we have released Version 2 of the WebSafety app for both iOS and Android mobile devices and we hope parents will subscribe to the app in order to protect their children and family from the problems that children encounter from mobile device usage.
