They are forward looking and also both Talari's companies. No one outside of a Talari-related company will issue an ICO through them. Don't need them...especially since Nuvus has been a huge disappointment - no one wants to buy-in pre-ICO and it is at a discount! Who the heck is going buy it in the secondary market? GQ is another Talari company set up less than a year ago for another bogus ICO. trade this one, don't invest in it IMO. I got out as soon as I saw nobody wanted the Nuvus coin.
