Meanwhile OBITX Insiders are enriched with cash, options to purchase common shares in lieu of cash, issued common shares, issued preferred shares.

And MCIG issued $3 mil in OBITTX preferred shares to issue insiders in the future.

IMO, MCIG has bent long term shareholders over and taken advantage of them from the backside.

It's pretty clear that the motive was to enrich insiders.
