......comes now, ndamukong scott, wherefore, would do whatever the nice folks over at venable LLP suggest...........including DROPPING the f/-er, fighting to the end........settling..........filing a brief wherein basically the appeal is dropped and the request that the appellate court opine that Martinez is an equity case and a remand back to the BK (which is really what Martinez is and concluded, imo)........
....drop the APPEAL and close out the BK.............hello........end the nightmare.........tyia........soon, please.............and GO FCNCA...........frankie is our hero..........
