OTC tickers are for trading. And quickly in most instances. No one has ever lost money flipping for a quick profit. On the other hand, people thinking everything coming from the company is legit and will happen, have held on long enough, hoping for the best, to watch their profits turn into losses.

A lot of failed tickers have announced new CEOs (what choice do they have but to do so?) who make promises only to continue to dwell in the trips. So far, that's all shareholders have gotten here. News of a new CEO with vague promises.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
