You are correct in that the pipeline and backlog are both over-stated on this board, as I have been saying for months.

LIPA may never make it on the books, and the new deals (Beacon Fails, et al) have a 1 in 5 chance ...at best.

This is what the analysts measure, not "Beacon Fails is a sure thing.", because it isn't. In fact the odds favor it not happening.

So without a major positive catalyst, like " new management", the downward trend will continue with the occasional headline bump.

I always enjoy looking at FCEL's value pre-reverse split.
