I have seen otc plays where they totally overhaul the new company to a new company all together. They give a transfer date and roll current share holders over to a whole new company and share structure.

I am in two of those plays with Joseph Arcaro today: $LRDR and $CYPE

Both are terrific as Arcaro files for custodianship of the companies just for the ticker symbols then polishes the shells and restructures the shares. HUGE PPS increases for these type of plays.
