5 Things the Form 3 filing indicates IMO:

1. It was filed without ARYC tweeting it-demonstrated independence of RRBB from ARYC and filing of requirements electronically-a sign of things to come
2. Showed progress on the audit-the filing was probably a result of a request from RRBB to get all the required filings in order for audit completion
3. It showed nearness of audit completion-there should be sequential filings published until completion of all 10Ks
4. It revealed the HUGE confidence in ARYC and what they're doing by the 136M share purchase of shares by a top scientist who would be able to see what's coming with ARYC's patents, products and services.
5. It strongly suggests to me that buying time at these prices is getting short. That's why I purchased another 100,000 shares today.
