OOOOPPPPs, PPS still continues to drop and will continue to drop regardless of how many shares are left to "dump" on the market. All this talk about there's only so many left is futile. This has been going on for A YEAR. Wow, only a hundred million or only 50 million, doesn't matter. Just millions and millions and millions more being continuously dumped and more TOXIC LOANS on the way with more people saying, only a hundred million left to DUMP on the market diluting it even further. 220 MILLION is 220 MILLION regardless of if they are almost done or not.
