My guess is reverse split happening any week now. Didn't copy the post# but someone else summarized the changes to preferred shares (alluding that management did some accounting magic so they'll keep control). All IMH). I'm out this one. I've seen companies raise AS and then reduce it back to something more reasonable, but do not think that's the case here. Glta!
