US Stem Cell Inc (USRM)

With Earnings due out tomorrow and supposedly going to be stellar, only logic I see for this trading light volume AND down currently is this:

Barely ANY longs are selling and MM's are manipulating to keep price low so IF the earning are stellar, they will be able to accumulate enough to then run price up higher on news and then go back to manipulating into a short position again until next leg up.

TD Ameritrade takes forever to clear funds as still back in the 80's as it should be very quick to verify funds are good in a ban which delays me with any more buying power until Thursday or Friday!
