I share your innermost feelings........I still think Guy locked in 'something' and he won't admit it in full......he could have agreed for the shareholders ONLY to get 200K in FCNCA knowing that the shareholders would also get all residuals left in the BK......

Hence this "$2-to$3" per statement.......when he possibly took the deal, FC was at about $250 p/s......there is the $50mm rumor explained.......and he probably thought either the FC stock would go up and/or the residual BK monies would equal $10-20mm-ish.........and we would get hype harvey's $82mm, in total value.......then the $178mm kimmie value pops up..................and the $125mm to uwbi cusip holders in cash, or stock or combo, at FC's option...................

I'm getting fairly set on something - - Guy related 'cause I've met the AH and spoken with him - - not lately - - he's definitely hiding........

(I met at 6 a.m. Monday with one of my attys on this uwbi mess- - very tuf dude - - he doesn't believe the uwb/uwbi stories but does grasp the situation and said the deal was settled within the BK.....and income tax refunds often become weird problems in BK - - not as weird as ours - - he said the TRUSTEE will get the money in the end and he doesn't understand the FDIC suit but said they have internal reasons for doing what they do - - and I added that WE/Si-ROD filed the appeal.....shrug)...............

Sorry we have to endure this painful investment - - I've had some quirky experiences with the FDIC and state bank examiners - - but nothing this SECRETIVE, for one and un-predictable.........the f/-ing seizure, kimmie, guy, amy, this legal freak-show, the BK, now mark e. haynes..................................
